There are wonderful views to the north-east of Crook Peak, which is easily accessible on horseback, and Brent Knoll to the south-west. Osier Paddock is accessed via the quiet Ham Lane near the small village of Loxton just outside Weston-super-Mare.

Directions

Please print and take a map of Osier Paddock with you. From Weston-super-Mare take the A370 south past the General Hospital for approximately 1 mile, then turn left, signposted to Bleadon and Loxton, passing the Hutton Fiat garage on your right and Catherine's Inn on your left. Carry on this road until you reach the Loxton village sign then turn immediately right into Ham Lane. Go through the metal gate and along the track passing over a flat bridge which spans the River Axe. Carry on for another 400 metres and cross over the M5 motorway via a second bridge. Osier Paddock is the first gate on the right. Alternatively, from the A38 near Axbridge turn into the village of Cross passing the New Inn on your right. Continue along this road through Compton Bishop, past the Webbington Hotel on your right, over the M5 motorway bridge and into Loxton. When you pass Loxton Garage on your right take the first left which is Weston Road, then at the bus stop outside the white cottage turn left into Ham Lane then carry on as above.
