Directions

from Exeter take the A30 to Oakhampton and follow signs to Hatherleigh on the A386. At Hatherleigh, follow signs to Holsworthy on the A3072. The wood is about 6 miles from Hatherleigh on the A3072 about 2 miles beyond Highampton. Look out for Narracott Farm on a left-hand bend. The wood is through the second gate on the right after the farm. Pull into the small layby at the gate. The wood is to the left of the gate with a track from the gate to the right as shown on the plan.
