Black cat meadow, Devon - Nearly an acre, £19,000

Black cat meadow

Situated next to Dartmoor National Park there are fine views to the moor from the meadow.  Black Cat Meadow has been continuously grazed for a number of years and aptly named after reports of a mysterious black cat ( possibly a puma) seen here many years ago.

The surrounding roads are quiet country lanes ideal for horse riding and there are links to Dartmoor via Bridleways from the nearby South Brent. There are also a number of footpaths in the locality. This gentle sloping meadow has good access from a quiet country lane and a parking area with the additional bonus of a mains water supply being available. The soil provides good pasture for grazing and is well drained.

The purchasers of the meadow will be asked to enter into a covenant to ensure the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of adjoining woodlands and meadows.
