Honeyhill Wood is an established plantation (1960) of Norway spruce, with other firs and sweet chestnut and beech stands, set in a beautiful area of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The wood is a haven for deer, and on each visit one usually sees some deer. There are also plenty of signs of badgers and other wildlife. Set in a tranquil area, surrounded by woodlands and fields on all sides, the wood is still easily accessed from the A303.
The purchasers of the woodland will be asked to enter into a covenant to ensure the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of adjoining woodlands and meadows.
Boundaries: The boundaries are indicated in red.
This wood is no longer available. For more woods in the area, please see the regional page or contact our regional manager.

Travelling south on the A303 from Ilminster towards Honiton, pass the junction with the A30 and, quarter of a mile after this, turn left onto a minor road, signposted to Stockland looking out for a yellow sign with a black triangle. Follow this road for around half a mile and turn left opposite Colystock Kitchens. You will see the entrance gate on your left after a short distance, as well as a Woodlands for Sale sign. Park outside the gate. When entering the wood, turn left and follow the track for around 20 metres until you see the Honeyhill Wood sign.
