From Axminster take the A35 towards Honiton, after passing the Little Chef on the right hand side continue up the hill, look for Deep Cut farm and the meadow is on the right by the ‘For Sale’ signs. Pull in carefully to the entrance hardstanding. The meadow is accessed by the right hand gate, down the track to the gate with the name sign on.
