Water Deer Wood - Over 1½ acres, £25,000

Water Deer Wood

Water Deer Wood is a fantastic example of unspoilt wet-woodland with great wildlife value and including access to a secluded inlet off the main river.  Its peaceful setting, on the banks of the River Yare, belies its convenient proximity to Norwich, which can be reached within fifteen minutes.

It offers a unique opportunity to own your own piece of the Broads and has a small picturesque stretch of south-facing river frontage, as well as having good access from Ferry Lane.

Water Deer Wood has been named after the Chinese Water Deer which frequent the wood.

There are also parking rights, situated at the northern end of Ferry Lane.

The purchasers of the woodland will be asked to enter into a covenant to ensure the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of adjoining woodlands and meadows.
