Fine old pasture where hawthorn and other shrubs have over the years become established producing an unusual combination of open glades and woodland cover. On a south westerly slope with a more level strip along the southern boundary. There is also a small area of traditional woodland with mature oak, ash, Scots pine and elder. There is fencing around most of the land. The wood is a haven for wildlife and a buzzard hawk, green woodpecker, foxes and rabbits have been seen. There are splendid views over Leominster to Hay Bluff, the Black Mountains, Radnor Forest, the Long Mynd and Wenlock Edge. The wood is situated a few minutes drive to the east of Leominster.
The purchasers of the woodland will be asked to enter into a covenant to ensure the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of adjoining woodlands and meadows.

Take the A44 from Leominster towards Worcester. Shortly after crossing the river at Eaton Bridge, and just after the Stoke Prior turn off, you will see a gated entrance on your left by the 'For Sale' signs. Climb the wooden rail fence and walk up the field side, follow the boundary left and ahead of you to a second gate which is the entrance to Pinsbly Wood-Pasture. Park either in the entrance or in the road leading to Stoke Prior and the nursery/garden centre.
