The wood is situated at the end of a quiet and peaceful valley and has access from both ends. The topography ranges from flat areas at the top with steeper slopes further down. There are some areas of spruce and larch. However there are many cleared areas and the woodland provides a perfect opportunity for a new owner to design, create and watch their own woodland develop in excellent growing conditions. There is a planting obligation so an owner will have to do some replanting or make sure the natural regeneration is satisfactory. A hard road has been made leading up into the woodland with a substantial parking area at the end from which there are magnificent views over the Berwyn and Llantysilio Mountains to the south.
Boundaries: Boundaries are indicated with orange markings.
You are welcome to visit this wood by yourself - please take these sales details with you, and do remember to check that it is still available. If you have seen the woodland and wish to be accompanied on a second more detailed visit please contact our local manager.
