Heyfields Pasture is located near Stone in Staffordshire and is good fertile low lying meadow land with frontage and fishing rights to the River Trent. Although near to the A34 there is a dense screeen of large trees by the roadside. The land would suit equestrian, boating and fishing use and is well fenced on three sides and open to the river. There is frontage to a small stream which runs into the river where a small dinghy could be located .
Boundaries: There are blue markings around most of the boundary.
