A piece of open moorland in a stunning location with fantastic views over parts of the Peak District National Park. Located between Buxton and Macclesfield and close to the Cat and Fiddle Pub. Hollin Moor could be used as grazing land or just for the pure enjoyment of owning space in the countryside. It also has the benefit of falling within the Peak District Environmentally Sensitive Area (ESA) and the agreement will be transferred to the purchaser on completion. Access is off the side of the road at the point marked on the map.
Boundaries: There are blue markings around most of the boundary.

The land is located on the A537 midway between Buxton and Macclesfield, approximately 1 mile to the west of the Goyt Valley road close to the Cat and Fiddle public house. If travelling from Buxton in a westerly direction pass the Cat and Fiddle and proceed for approximately 350 metres and then park on the right in the lay-by close to the 'Woodlands for Sale' sign. Hollin Moor is 200 metres down the road on the left.
