Trent Meadow is low-lying meadowland with frontage and fishing rights to the River Trent. The land is well-fenced and would suit equestrian use, water being provided by a small pond or the River Trent. The access is off Tittensor Lane via the track shown on the plan.
Boundaries: There are red markings around most of the meadow.

Exit the M6 at junction 15 and travel east on the A500. At the roundabout with the A34, turn right and travel south along the A34. Proceed straight on over the first roundabout and, after approximately 2 miles, turn left into Tittensor Road. Park on the bridge off the road. The entrance to Trent Meadow is immediately on the right, through the metal gate and along the fenced-off track.
