Coed Estiniog is a peaceful, flat woodland of mixed Spruce and Larch trees with Willows along the river bank and boundaries. It is nestled under the stunning Preseli mountains just outside the Pembrokeshire national park, an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are great views towards the Preselis and surrounding open moorland from the Southern boundary, an area of the woodland which is light and airy, with Heathers and Bilberries underfoot and Larch and Willow trees in the canopy above. The middle of the woodland is dense with trees and feels very secluded and private: a perfect place to escape.
A river (Afon Glan-rhyd) runs the whole length of the Eastern boundary and the area around this is thick with Mosses and Lichens. Parts of Coed Estiniog are wetland, a rare and disappearing habitat which is rich in a diversity of wildlife, including many aquatic plants and amphibians.
Coed Estiniog is part of a large area of woodland which is in an open access agreement. This means the owners would have the opportunity to explore much of the surrounding area.
The village of Puncheston is in walking distance, with its landmark pub The Drovers Arms and the popular town of Haverfordwest is about 10 miles away.
The purchasers of the woodland will be asked to enter into a covenant to ensure the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of adjoining woodlands and meadows.

Boundaries:
The boundaries of this woodland are marked indicatively with blue paint, along fence posts on the Southern line and on trees along the trackside and on the inside of trees along the boundary of the old stone wall. On the river's edge the trees have been marked for ease, but the actual boundary is the centre of the river. Viewers of the woodland may also notice red paint marks on the Western boundary - these are the boundary markings for the adjoining woodland
You are welcome to visit this wood by yourself - please take these sales details with you, and do remember to check that it is still available. If you have seen the woodland and wish to be accompanied on a second more detailed visit please contact our local manager.

Traveling along the A487 from Cardigan, take a left turn at Brian Llywellyn garage onto the B4329, the mountain road. Carry along this road until you get to a set of cross roads where you will see Puncheston signposted right (B4313) turn here and drive along this road, taking the first left turn signposted Puncheston. This road leads directly to the village. Just after the pub The Drovers Arms, turn right and continue down this lane, looking out for a pull in on the right, just in front of a metal gate with a Woodlands For Sale sign. Park here, taking care not to block the gate. The woodland is down the track and to the right.
