Coed Foel is nestled in the heartland of Wales, an area of breathtaking landscapes and natural beauty. This young, sloping woodland is growing very well and the mix of native trees includes Rowan, Birch, Ash and Oak. It would make a great conservation project for someone who wanted to encourage the already thriving wildlife and really watch the woodland grow. There are large areas of Bluebells in Spring as well as Foxgloves, Bilberries and Wild Raspberries. Song birds and Buzzards are plentyful.

Coed Foel is just outside Llangurig which is situated on the banks of the River Wye among the hills of Plynlymon. It is reputed to be the highest village in Wales and has B&B`s, a couple of pubs and a village shop

The purchasers of the woodland will be asked to enter into a covenant to ensure the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of adjoining woodlands and meadows.

Directions

From Aberystwyth take the A44 towards Llangurig. Once you have reached Llangurig, pass through the village and at the next roundabout take the A470 towards Newtown and Llandidloes. Just after this turn look out for a pull in on the right ( you should see our WOODLANDS FOR SALE sign ) . You can park your car in this layby. The entrance to the woodland is through the gate.
