Coed Lan-Martin rests in a rural green valley surrounded by woodlands and meadows. Walking through the private track, the first part of the woodland is a fine blend of native Broadleaved trees which leads through to the rest of the woodland with mainly of conifer trees and an understorey of Hawthorn, Hazel and Ash.
Coed Lan-Martin has a diverse mix of woodland flora throughout, including Wood Anenomes, Bluebells, Celendine and various different ferns. On the upper slopes there are a number of Badger setts and their trails can be seen zig zagging through the woodland.
Access is via a country lane and there is a large shared parking area and turning bay inside the entrance to the woodland.
Coed Lan-Martin is only a couple of miles from Llansteffan, a village rich with history and set in beautiful surroundings, an area of stunning coastline.
Both Carmarthen and St. Clears are close and the M4 is very easy to reach from here.
The purchasers of the woodland will be asked to enter into a covenant to ensure the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of adjoining woodlands and meadows.
Boundaries: The boundaries of this woodland are marked indicatively in mauve: on the inside of the fence posts along the Eastern and Western boundaries and on trees on the North and South boundaries

From Carmarthen take the A40 towards St. Clears. After a few miles look out for a brown sign on the left which reads "Coomb Cheshire Home". Turn left here and keep following the signs to Coomb Cheshire Home. Go past the Wern Inn and up the hill, passing Coomb Chesire Home on the left, go down the hill and straight over the cross-roads. Follow the road around and look out for the WOODLANDS FOR SALE sign on the gate on the left. This is the entrance to the woodland. A little further down the lane there is a layby where you may park whilst visiting the woodland.
