Directions

From Monmouth (A40) take the Rockfield road (B4233 ) out of the town, but note there is no sign on the second roundabout, and take the right exit here. At Rockfield fork right. Look out for the sharp right-hand bend signed to Skenfrith by Rockfield village sign - go left here along the minor road towards Abergavenny and Cross Ash until reaching the B4521. Cross this road towards "Dawn of Day" and continue up the hill to the next crossroads. Turn left here and the entrance to the woods is about 100 yards down the road on you right.
