Thanks. I have a small Doug Fir tree farm. Part of a group that owns 2000 acres. It is strictly for timber production if you wish or you can just let it grow. I love walking in the forest and feeling the gentle brush of the branches against my face. We have a lot of deer, elk, cougar, bobcat, and black bear as it is also part of a wildlife reserve which we are fortunate to border.
Again thanks

Over time the conifer will completely replace the broad leaf species if you plant them together. They reproduce. They create a marvelous canopy. Nothing grows under it but ferns and certain wood sorrel. Not a smart management plan over the long haul.
