Foxhole Wood - SOLD, Shropshire - Over 5¼ acres, £59,000

Foxhole Wood - SOLD
Foxhole Wood - SOLD
Shropshire

A flat secluded broadleaf woodland with good access located near the market town of Bridgnorth.

Foxhole Wood is a very open open woodland with trees that are well spaced making the woodland very accessible. There is a lot of light entering the wood resulting in a thriving understory of ground vegetation which in some areas could be cleared to make further pathways around the wood. In some areas there is an abundance of brambles which is great for the local wildlife habitat, and also for making bramble jelly.

The purchasers of the woodland will be asked to enter into a covenant to ensure the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of adjoining woodlands and meadows.
