Bryn Glas - SOLD, Carmarthenshire - Over 8 acres, £35,000

Bryn Glas - SOLD

Bryn Glas is a mature conifer woodland on the outskirts of the village of Cwmduad. Norway Spruce and Red Cedar are the main trees here, with a few native trees on the edges. The woodland is on the South East side of a hill and from the main entrance a good hard track runs through the woodland centre. There is evidence of old trackways through the woodland and flatter areas where the slopes level off.

The surrounding area is heavily wooded and the river Duad runs through the bottom of the valley. This is a picturesque part of the country with plenty of wildlife living in the woodland. Buzzards are a common sight in the sky above and have been seen nesting in the trees.

Bryn Glas lies on the edge of the village of Cwmduad, a couple of miles from Cynwyl Elfed, an area rich in history. Carmarthen and the M4 are very easy to reach from here.
