Coed Brwynen Fach (Little Rush Wood) - SOLD
Carmarthenshire

A level area of open rough pasture encircled by mature broadleaf woodland and a shelter belt of scrub on three sides, with the track on its fourth side providing excellent access.

Coed Brwynen Fach is tucked in the middle of a larger woodland known as Home Covert, a long established woodland of diverse broadleaf species, with many wonderful mature specimens, particularly oaks.

The large proportion of Coed Brwynen Fach is open ground; rough mixed grassland bordered by the track on its eastern border which provides excellent access to the land. A stoned hardstanding area provides space to park at its southeastern corner.

Surrounding Brwynen Fach on its northern, southern and western sides is long established mature broadleaf woodland, and a strip comprising of approximately an acre in all of this mature woodland is included within the boundary on its western and southern side. There is of course scope to expand the woodland with new planting in the open area, or there is potential to create a forest garden; a productive and sustainable method of growing edible produce that requires minimum labour once established and is very beneficial in increasing biodiversity of plant, insect and bird life as well as sustaining you with delicious things!

Kidwelly and Carmarthen are both close by with all amenities available as well as good transport links, and easy direct access to the M4. Also within easy reach Pembrey Sands, as well as more lovely parts of Wales' beautiful coastline.

The purchasers of the woodland will be asked to enter into a covenant to ensure the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of adjoining woodlands and meadows.
