Project Leader Ben Clark and farmer Ed Green have 3 core principles:<\/p>\n<p>1. How to hold more carbon and water in the landscape;<br \/>\n2. How to restore wildlife habitat;<br \/>\n3. How to reconnect people with the natural world and themselves.<\/p>\n<p>They explain the concept of a forest garden structure and demonstrate the process of 'lasagne mulching' (or 'sheet composting').<\/p>\n<p>Ben and Ed learnt how to do this on a forest gardening course run by Martin Crawford, the author of the book shown in the film, 'Creating a Forest Garden'.
