Looking for SMALL woodland to run small scale radio controlled 4x4 trucks in friendly competitions. The land does not need to be, and is better if it is not, flat and can have debris and rocks on the land, these can all be repositioned and used to make obstacles for our trucks. The intention would be to set up a small course here that can be used by local Remote Control owners. These are not noisy to run as are all electric.
