We spent last year in the US studying primitive and traditional skills on top of what we already knew. We learned skills for four months then went out to live in the wilderness for just under a month with no modern equipment except a camera and diary, wearing clothes we made from deer hides, tools from stone bone and wood, hunted and foraged foods and ate from our pottery bowls. If you have time please have a look at our photo video here youtube stone age part 1 of 2. We are looking for a woodland to run some of our courses in the Ironbridge/Telford and surrounding area. Our plan is to have a wooded area for community groups to come and share and learn skills with us. We also want to start coppicing and reusing some old coppices in the area that have been neglected over the years and are in need of recovery to help sustain a better habitat for wildlife. We would love to come and chat about all possible avenues. Our values are high on care taking the woodlands and our environment.
