You should go and visit a slaughter house, better yet one run by Muslims, before spouting such ill-informed, narrow-minded, peasant drivel. "Torturing"? Hardly. The birds are shot and die quite quickly,. I think perhaps you are simply jealous of the money and privilege these people have. That doesn't make what they're doing wrong. And what has "old" got to do with anything? Just plain silly!

You're grasping at straws, you troll. Go tell a Muslim he's a "reckless blood lust psycho" for his animal killing practices and see where it gets you. I dare you! You're a hypocrite.

Albert why do you keep banging on about Muslims like it's some kind trump card?
Halal meat is slaughtered for food not sport.
And how am I a hypocrite?
And what straws do you speak of? you talk in riddles man.

How very high-minded of you. Just as long as we all know who's setting the parameters of morality here. So, if the animal's throats are cut for food (as in my reference to the halal slaughterhouses) and they die of blood loss in considerable pain that's OK, but if shot as part of an organized shoot its not OK? Obviously these birds are eaten. Hence they are shot for food. Just like I shoot deer, moose, and bear for food. The animals I shoot don't die instantly all the time, either, but they die a damned site quicker and more humanely than being predated by wolves, coyotes, or bear (all of which generally eat the animals alive – in fact it is the act of consumption that eventually kills the animal). Starving to death is also common among ungulates in winter. Dying with a stomach full of pine needles is no fun, I imagine. But back to this video…pheasants and such have been killed for food for millennia. It's only relatively recently that they have been taken by shooting. Back in the old days, they would use nets, snares, even baited hooks that lodged in the gullet. You clearly exist in a little bubble. So narrow-minded.

+C Veg (Bushcraft) How do you know it was in agony? Answer: You don't. What you saw was nerves firing in the muscles long after the bird had lost consciousness. I've seen it hundreds f times in all manner or creatures. You make a baseless statement. By the way, food gathering, including animal protein, is an important bushcraft/survival skill. When you speak against it, you speak against many fellow "bushcrafters". Enjoy your veg.

You never once referred to "halal slaughterhouses" just "Muslims"
No It's not ok for fat posh men to amble around with erections, wheezing, because they have managed to maim a bird 10 meters away with a spread shot. Gotta question sanity.

Oh, my goodness. You really are exceptionally ill-informed and quite dense. I said Muslim slaughterhouses. What on earth would they be but "halal"? But then your lack of knowledge and narrow-mindedness is evident at the outset by virtue of your original post.

Just say halal slaughter house you tool. Or better still any slaughterhouse and not bring your Islamaphobia into this.
But now you're really digressing. I repeat.

You really are a sordid little peasant. Done and dusted. A small person with a small life, who clearly cannot bear the thought of anyone being a rung or two up the social strata than yourself and able to engage in activities that you cannot even begin to comprehend. And I completely disagree with your half-baked judgment. I actually think it is quite alright for anyone to shoot game, as long as the game is in season and the person is duly licensed. I thoroughly enjoy the shooting and hunting sports myself; in fact there are several species in my freezer right now: Black bear, deer, elk, and goose, for starters. And am very glad that pea-brained, armchair dimwits such as you have absolutely no say in the matter other than on youtube where it really doesn't count at all. Long may people have the freedom and will to pursue these traditional shooting activities…and long may they happily ignore the insipid, blathering drivel of the clamouring  unwashed (which is what I intend to do henceforth). Hmm, think I'll go hunting! Why? Because  can!.

LOL Chill Albert- unleashing all that indignant snobbery- you'll have a stroke. Go take the bear out of the freezer and take your frustrations out on its frozen corpse.
