Reasonable excuse as the Law states.

That acquittal pissed most of this country off, but what could we do? The state in which it happened had laws on the book that prevented the jurors from reaching a guilty verdict they could legally support. We can't keep trying someone till we get the verdict we want, we can't convict someone on a gut feeling or what we think happened. We have 2 states out of fifty that have such laws, The same states are among the most religious, least educated, most conservative states we have, coincidence?

That health & safety disclaimer at the end is a laugh……going by that in times where people did not have mobile phones the woods must have been a horror….althought I do not remember them like that……

I wonder if anyone has ever successfully sued a Youtube video maker for getting them into difficulties? It just seems so utterly ludicrous to have to warn people not to hurt themselves in these videos.

You should always look after your stick – they don't grow on trees you know.

I'm about to start making my own sticks as we have a nearby woods full of hazel.
However, just found a whole load of nice sticks with various handles and styles in a charity shop and ended up with 7 sticks for £5, a bargain I think. From this haul I can get ideas of lengths and types, one was briar and one had a great handle made of stag antler.
