It's sad how expensive a woodland is in the UK. I own 32 acres in the stars and it cost me next-to-nothing. Good for this couple, though!

Having once lived on a smallholding, owning a woodland is highly appealing to me. I understand you can't fully live in it in the UK, but still sounds like it would be nice for little breaks :-).

I'm a bit confused about buildings such as sheds etc. You appear to have a lovely wooden building but I thought this was discouraged? I'd be grateful if you could enlighten me. Many thanks. Mike
