British Woodcarvers Association

Slow connection? Watch in lower quality

Here at Opus Wood and Craft Fair, the British Woodcarvers Association introduce new and aspiring carvers to the various forms of wood carving. It's never too late to start carving, and the Association has a regional mentoring system to guide and support new carvers as they learn and develop their skills. We also see the progression of a piece called Kioni Young Masai Woman, as it transforms from start to finish. Thanks to Richard Pepperd and the Gloucester branch for taking part in this film.
