Just curious do you own this land or is it the states wood

Even if you own your own wood land you cannot live on it. He said he brought a small holding, probably something with planning permission. Best to buy a farm house with woods around it but that will cost you a small fortune.

What is it ? Is it a community living on the land or one person being helped by volunteers ? Is it like a wellbeing retreat where people can visit in return for some volunteering with like minded people ?
